Not only did the staff go above and beyond by sending someone to pick up and drop off our luggage at the train station, but they also found and returned my forgotten shower bag, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction.The room itself was a haven of luxury and comfort, from the plush carpeted floors to the well-appointed sitting area. The mini-bar was stocked with a tempting array of drinks and snacks, perfect for indulging in a late-night treat. The in-room safe provided peace of mind for storing valuables, while the free toiletries were of high quality and replenished daily. The hotel's central location near a variety of dining options made exploring the culinary scene a delight. The proximity to Die Zirbelstube and other restaurants added to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay. I can confidently say that Althoff Hotel Am Schlossgarten has set a new standard for luxury and hospitality in my travels, and I look forward to returning to experience its unparalleled service once again.
